HELLO FRIENDS,
I just wanna ask , is there any problem to get lmia approval .
because my lawyer is saying that its not easy to get lmia approval nowdays . immigration has made it hard.
before it was easy. can someone help me to know whether other peoples are getting approval or no?

Based only on feedback on this forum it is never easy for an employer to get an LMIA and would argue the point whether it has ever been easy as why should it be an easy route to immigration.

An employer needs to be prepared to pay the 1000 dollar fee, show through advertising the job together with a case why no candidates are available in Canada. Many employers cannot be bothered unless someone has specific skills not readily available in Canada. Having said that if a case is solid enough and the process has been followed then anything could be possible. The actual challenge is finding that elusive qualifying employer in the first instance .
