Yes - you can reapply once your employer meets the advertising requirements. Note that advertising on job bank alone isn't enough. The job needs to be advertised in at least two additional places that meet the LMIA requirements.

Hi, could you help me in one question?
Three weeks ago, my husband’s employer got refused lmai, which was waiting more than 4 months (lawyer explained that Canada services had some problems on their website, didn’t see all information about that vacancy)) Now papers have rewritten and will send again to Canada so, what to expect and when, maybe you have some experience in this situation. Thank you

Question: My LMIA is in process for 3.5 months now. If my employer increases my salary will that affect the LMIA process?

If you are applying for an unnamed LMIA then that means you have not chosen the employee yet so you don't have to send them a contract until your LMIA is approved and you have faxed over a form to add an employee onto your approved file number. Once Service Canada adds the name, your new employee will need a contract from you to apply for a work permit. Hope that makes sense. Not6 sure what kind of LMIA you are applying for (supporting PR or regular one).
