LMIA Validity Question? will i get 50 points after expiration?

My friend is currently on PGWP and working as food service supervisor. his LMIA has been approved which is going to give him 50 points in express entry. LMIA expiry date is 6 months from now. What if he doesnt get an ITA in next 6 months? will he still get 50 points after expiration of LMIA.
