Just wondering if you can study while having a work permit? My friend is wanting to do a full time course at sait.
If he gets onto the course and does actually need a study visa would the visa officer take into account they are allowed in Canada to work for 2 years and would approve it on that basis or would they still need a strong sop. Probably best to wait until they have PR?
