LMIA PROCESSING TIME

I had applied under TFWP program
I want to know how much time ESDC Deptt of canada takes time to issue LMIA

My NOC code is 2232 (mech engg technologist and technician)

In feb 2019 my employer applied via employer portal
But till now i get nothing
He says file in waiting
