LMIA-PR under CEC class

Hello..!!
I got LMIA and applied PR under CEC class(Express entry) in April 2017. May i know the current processing time for PPR.
I heard CEC class people applied in express entry are getting their PPR's in less than 90 days.

I guess it depends. Everyones case is a bit different. As far as I have noticed. Just to get through medical after submitting might take up to 2 months. So it might be around 2-3 months in total.

Hey can u help me.
I am CEC inland too , and i am on PGWP and currently in pool. I am willing to apply for LMIA ..
I just want to know how do I know if I should apply under low or high wages stream?
Iam not sure about the process that's why I am asking u
I work in ontario under NOC B.
