Two things...
a) we are not IRCC
b) IRCC’s not responsible for issuing LMIAs.

It's almost certainly a fake / scam.

Post up a copy of the job offer letter here with your personal information removed.

No one here can confirm file numbers. No one here is IRCC.

If you are being asked to pay anything with regard to an LMIA, it is a fraud.
