I've been working at this job for 9 months now, Can my company apply for an LMIA on my behalf since I need one to bump up my CRS score? Or is it something that HAS to be done before getting the job offer. I am on a post graduate work permit currently

They will need to read the link and meet requirements (eg. Post job and prove no one can be hired), pay the $1k and apply.
