LMIA Expired

Hi Forum

I have moved to Canada a year ago and now I want to apply under Canadian Express Class (CEC) as my LMIA has already Expired, do I need to apply for LMIA again to create my Express Entry Profile to be considered under CEC or as I have 1 year Canadian Experience will that suffice
