LMIA Expired

Dear Experts,
I have a LMIA and job offer so i want to apply PR through Federal skilled category.My NOC code is B as a cook.I am currently working in British Columbia.But unfortunately my LMIA is expired on July 2015 so still i can apply through FSW or FST.

to my knowledge you can't use expired LMIA, lets wait for experts to comment on your situation.

I believe LMIA people must have a valid LMIA in order to apply...and there may also be something about a permanent job offer. Other LMIA holders and experts may be able to share correct information.

Have you tried BCPNP and see if you qualify under it? Would be easy to help if you could share your score if you have already made an EE profile

that means my LMIA still works or not?When i check if i am eligible to apply through express entry or not it says you are eligible and i received reference code also.So can i create EE profile?

The expiry of the LMIA only affects the time period within which you can apply for the work permit.

You can still use the LMIA to apply for PR. Your "job offer" has to be a written offer of permanent, full-time, non-seasonal employment contingent upon you successfully obtaining PR status (Same employer as the one that was issued the LMIA).
