I'm wondering if there is any allowance for LMIA expiry. Back story. I had an express entry profile. They gave me an ITA back in March 2020, I applied for PR a few weeks later. By the time I applied my IELTS had expired. They cancelled the application as incomplete and refunded the fees in August 2020. Did IELTS again, in September 2020, got an ITA early January 2021, but LMIA had expired in December and I forgot to change my profile. I have not submitted anything because I assumed that it would just be canceled again. Are they giving any special allowances because of COVID? Are should I just refuse the ITA and go back in the pool?
