LMIA-exempt work permit 2026

Hi,
My CRS is currently at 445. I qualify only for FSW and I have CLB 5 in french. Through the Francophone mobility work permit program I need an LMIA-exempt job offer.
Does any one know how i can find job offers within this category. What I find online is only for high-skilled jobs like IT and enjineering which I dont qualify for.
I have my degree in B.COM and a course in Fashion. I am short of 2-3 months work experience in Canada and do not qualify for CEC. I am open to any help or guidance available. I am currently on impled status for a visitor record extension.

You have to apply for jobs you are qualified for and explain the program to a potential employer to process to submit the job offer with the government. Need to explain that it may be many months depending where you are applying from for the work permit to be approved.
Once approved, you can apply for a closed work permit from inside Canada only if your work permit expired less than 90 days ago. if so you can restore status and apply but cannot work.

Tell your friend to learn French. Much better chance of getting PR that way versus competing with the large number of PSWs trying to secure PR.
