My girlfriend is going to work in Canada under LMIA Exempt visa. Me as law partner I will benefit from the open permit.
However due to work I have to travel after her (she will start November and my contract finish December) Is it possible for me to move after her? Does the Visa is only reliable on her starting date? As open permit I think it should work correct?
