Hello,
Hope everyone is keeping warm.
I'm in talks with a potential employer. He's ready to apply for lmia for me after I complete my 1 year of pgwp working with him. He has been working alone for his clients for the past 2 years and wants to start hiring more people as he wants to grow his business and I could be the first one he hires.
My question - does the acceptance/refusal of LMIA depends on the kind of business, its revenue or overall reputation of a company? Assuming he adheres to all the other requirements, ie, posting the job online for more than 3 months
This is a small company at the moment but he's offering me a high salary and the job is NOC B category
(Procurement Specialist)
I'd appreciate any guidance from experienced members
