LMIA approved - work permit processing Inland

Hi
I'm on visitor visa and I got lmia approved for retail store supervisor in northern BC. What are the options to apply for work permit now and processing times.

1. Can I go to the border and get my work permit by having an interview and how stringent is the interview.

2. Also I know there is an option to apply online for work permit, how long is the processing time for that. I'm already into my 5th month as visitor.

How did you get LIMA ?
the reason i am asking is where ever i go they first ask for a work permit.
