LMIA Agricultural Stream - Farm Manager not processed

My employer applied for a new LMIA for my role (Farm Manager) under the Agricultural Stream in December 2025 and got a letter today that the LMIA will not be processed because "The [Agricultural Operation Details] fields were incomplete or invalid".
We are not sure what exactly went wrong. the last 2 times he applied for the LMIA for my role he did the exact same thing, and everything was fine. only change he applied for a 3 year period this time. Can that be the reason?

What is your wage and province for 3 years? What is NOC? No one can tell you what your employer filled out incorrectly. Says fields were incomplete so review it line by line.

High wage for Ontario is $36/hr so not eligible for 3 years. You are low stream. Make sure employer meets requirements for low stream. Says agriculture operations details were invalid so make sure employer meets requirements

Don't think so as reason is The [Agricultural Operation Details] fields were incomplete or invalid. Your employer didn't fill out the information correctly.
