LLM in Paris of Queen Mary University of London. Problem regarding the "country of study"

My spouse has completed the LLM in Paris of Queen Mary University of London. Although she has studied in Paris and has never been to England, her WES reports states the country of study as "London". Her passport confirms that she has not been to England and stayed in Paris during her study.

Even though we are going to explain this situation in the letter of explanation, we are concerned that it might not be enough. She has another master's degree from a university in her hometown which will be enough for receiving points, but the indication of London in her WES report concerns us.

When country of study is typed as London / England in the education history and/or the personal history section of the application, the document checklist requires a police certificate from England. However, as she has never been to England we are not able to apply for a police certificate according to https://www.acro.police.uk/Police_Certificates_FAQs.aspx ("Anyone who has lived or worked in the UK can apply for a Police Certificate.") If the country of study is typed as France/Paris it requires no police certificates from England, but the information we provide seems like it conflicts with the WES report.

Has anyone else been through a similar problem?
We will be glad if anyone could help us with this matter.
