Here is what I am going to do. Please tell me if there is a problem with this plan.
After all the permanent residency procedure is done, I will land in Canada in order to officially acquire my permanent residency status. However, I am not going to give any Canadian address to the officials and I will not wait for the PR card. I will go back to my home country without a PR card. I will stay outside of Canada for 2 years. And only after 2 years, I will get a travel document, I will enter Canada again to live and stay for good.
Is this okay? After I get my permanent residency, can I live outside of Canada for 2 years without the PR card? Is there any risk with this plan?
