Hello,
I have four kids and am a professional who is canadian citizen (born here). My husband is from europe and I would love to have his sister come and be my live in nanny for my kids. I really do not trust anyone but family with my kids and my parents are aging and no longer able to help us out. Daycare is not an option. Is this a possible route. How would I go about bringing her over to be a live in nanny (I would pay her salary at going nanny rate).

Does she have at least one year of full time paid work experience in the field within the last three years? Or does she have at least six months of full time studies in the field within the last three years?
