Yeh u can go yr country to see yr BF n get marry but when u come back you have to change yr status and also you have to submit doc. of yr husband and when you get yr PR yr husband also get PR with you.....

You almost have the same timeline with my husband. What additional information did they ask you? Was it through email?

Hi! you have almost the same timeline with my busband who is the LC1. i'm just curious, What information did they asked you last August 2011? Was it thru email?

It looks like I need wait for long long time than I think, after I read all those information online.
They are no difference for the area?
She got my T4 wrong for those two years and CRA send a guy to check all the record, my employer just told me after I send the application. Can that be a problem for my application too?

Can I ask a question? We started filing an application last May 2011. We are in a 22 months bracket live in caregiver program. I am the principal applicant here, my mom is the caregiver. She will get us going to Canada. However, the immigration started to process our application August 28,2012.


The last time we submitted the documents they required was December 27,2011. After a year, November 29,2012 to be exact, we received a notice through my email that they already required to have a consent signed by my father (allowing my two minor bro's to travel with my mom) since my parents are already divorced and an additional family info for me.

We sent the documents they needed last January 3, 2013. When are we going to have a medical referral/letter? 22months is coming and yet we haven't still receiving any notice from them.

Judging from the posts I have been reading, the Immigration is still working on November - December 2010 applicants. So It'll probably be a couple of months more before they start looking at the 2011 applicants. Patience...more of it I guess ;D. Apparently processing time went up to 38 months recently.

Does it mean when they finalize all the applicants from 2010 is that all programs are considered? like live-in caregiver, federal skilled worker, etc....the idea here is to finish all the application in the year 2010? Did I get it right?

i sent my PR file as LCP nov 2011 and received open work permit ...please help me my question is ...

1. i went my home country and got married n..now my status is changed single to married ...now how can i change my status and add my spouse
name on my application ..what kind of document i need to gather ?

2. i checked my ecas but its not working ..said that information does not match ...although i entered correct information ...anyone else facing this prob too.

3. i spent 4 month in my home country ..can it cause me any prob as too long vocations ?

please let me know ...thank in advance

Just wondering if you had any problems at the airport after spending 4 months away? What kind of questions did they ask. I am thing of going home for a while too.
