hello..
am a live in caregiver here in alberta and i just have some questions.
my contract indicates that i have to work for 40 hours/ week. but me and my employer decided that we will follow the 44 hours/ week as indicated in the regional wages board in alberta. and of course my employer will also increase my salary.
a. do we still need to sign a new contract for this?
b. do we still need to inform hsrdc about this change even though we are just following the prevailing wage and hours set by the government?
thanks you very much
