I wish they included NOC 2171 as well along with 2174 :(

They could qualify under the Arranged Employment stream only.
 
I have Masters and will be completing PhD soon, both from Canada. My BSc is from the US. I tried to see if my BSc needs to be "authenticated" but there is no mention of it. On my transcripts, it says "accepted into MSc on basis of BSc from XXX in USA" and a similar statement for PhD following MSc.

Any skilled occupation can qualify under the AEO category (but there are lots of other requirements as well). If you qualify for CEC, it's a much simpler application -

jes_ON, I have been trying to understand the complete AEO process but still no luck. What does AEO mainly consist of?

Thanks Jes. I am, looking into the link as well, yea CEC is the easiest way.
