List of forms to download for visa

Hi,
Can someone please tell me what forms to be downloaded for study permit visa application. I am applying visa on my own without the help of a consultant in a couple of days. I don't want to miss any forms or documents. Please help

Download forms from here: http://www.vfs-canada.co.in/visaapplication.html

But just go with the checklist (SPP or General whichever you are applying for).
