List of forms to be submitted for spouse under CEC

Could anyone help me in listing the forms that is needed for filing my spouse's PR under my already applied PR application under CEC last year. Thanks.

Additional Dependants/Declaration
(IMM 0008DEP
Schedule A: Background/Declaration
(IMM 5669)
Additional Family Information
(IMM 5406)
Also also write a letter to them mention your status changed and want to add with your application.

Hi,

you can mention in your letter and email them once form reached to CIC office.

They will reply back. Hopefully now a days they are very slow
