Linking paper application

I am trying to link paper application, but can’t. I got the GC number, made profile but when I am to find through D.O.B it shows nothing. I tried to put passport details then there are questions of date of going and coming back for which I tried different dates but no success. Can anyone bail me out?

Do you have your application copy? make sure the name and any given names are there.
