Linking Paper Application to Online Account

Hello all!

I've been trying to link my paper account for spousal sponsorship to my online CIC account and no matter what combination I try I am unable to do it. Every time it says that no application was found. Anyone else having this problem? Or anyone who has already solved this problem?

mostly every one goes through that problem, it means that your application hasn't been entered into the system yet. I had this problem in March 2017. I was not able to link until 2 weeks after i received the email. All you can do is continue to try everyday, and make sure you are entering the correct information.

What email did you receive? I sent my application in Nov 2016 you'd think it'd be linked by now

i received the email which states to link you account, the one where they send you the UCI and application number. It says you have 7 days to link the application. If it has been that long maybe you are not entering something right. You may need to call them. Thats a long time.

I never got such an email. My email gave me my UCI and told me that my case file has been sent to New Delhi for processing of PR. I filed a complaint under Technical Difficulties; the agent on the phone told me to do so. They take 10 days or more for a reply. Lets see I guess
