I see most of the guys have posted that cic have visited LinkedInn Profiles, But i don`t have Linkedinn account, Is it mandatory to create one
or will it delay process if we don`t have linked inn.. :-\

Yes, it has been reported that applicants Linkedin Accounts have been visited. But this is not mandatory. It is 1 of the ways they conduct your background check.
