Hello,

I am in need of some assistance.

I recently got an email from CIC saying they received my Spousal application and now want me to provide the PCC's and the Schedule A form.

I successfully linked my application after much trouble, but now there is no option to upload these documents after clicking the check status and messages button under "view my submitted applications or profiles"
Even if I click on View submitted application, there is still no option to upload my PCCs and Schedule A form.

Please help.

Thank you

i was in the same boat nd i did the following ..
Report a technical issue through the ircc webform and provide screenshot of what you see in your mycic account .. and then upload the pcc and schedule A through the webform under sponsorship catagory .. also to upload schedule A through webform you need to print , hand sign , scan and then upload it .. also in the description box write exactly this line "PLEASE UPLOAD MY DOCUMENTS AMD ATTACH IT TO MY APPLICATION "
It will take them atlst 10 bsns days to get the documents ..

Thanks,

Should I scan the 3 police checks I have from 3 different countries and combine them into 1 single pdf when submitting them through the Web form?

Hi korital, how did you end sending these documents? Did the way Tajnuba suggest work? Thanks
