LINK APPLICATION HELP!

Just did linked after trying lots of times with few gc key accounts,

Simple
Cancel Representatives if you have,
Try all answers as your passport says,
Take screenshots of all answers you filled up,
If still didn't work ?
Submit a report technical issue under right category,
Attach screenshots,
They will reply which answer doesn't match and what to put as a correction.
Try with their replied answer,
Link it successfully.

I tried entering the space bar after city of birth, and it didn't work. I have reported a technical problem directly from the account, and filled out an IRCC Web form. Hopefully they get back to me. I suspect it may be that they have not uploaded my hubby's info yet. I am the sponsor and only received my first AOR. I have not received sponsor approval. Submission date was april 25th 2017, they received on the 27th. Process started on the 25th of May. We got just 7 days to link the account and its been unsuccessful

Put number of family members '2' ( u and ur spouse) not 1.
I had same problem i was putting number 1.

Hello, I came across this section and I see that I am not the only one trying to link my application to GKey account and just tried it but no luck. I also have a representative, In the other hand my representative didn't tell me to create an account and know its been 8 months since I sent my application the only thing I was able to see on E-cas was that they started processing my application for permanent resident on January , 2017 but since then I haven't get no news about it. If I decided to cancel my representative will affect my application?

No it won't affect anything but try entering all correct answers according to your passport (birth place) says. And also same as you provided to pnp.

For example;

Birth place:
Equatorial Guinea
Equatorial,Guinea
Equatorial-Guinea

All above are different,
They might have different one in their system than you tried to enter.

So take screenshots with all answers you put.
At the end it will show up; based on your answers we couldn't find any application.
On the top corner you will see the option saying; submit/report technical difficulties/issues,
Click and submit info there, at the end you will see upload screenshots. Upload it and submit technical issue under your relevant category.
They will email you within 10 business days with what you trying to put wrong and they will tell you what to put instead.
Try this one first.

I just paid off the representative outstanding fees and got same issues for linking then I submitted technical issues with screenshots and it worked out after that.

Sure,
After 5times try your account get blocked for 24hrs but you can create as many gc key accounts you want.

Need some help on this topic.
I have completed all the forms like Personal Details, Contact Details, Study and Language etc which shows up when I click on "Continue application".
Now I do not know what to do next?? How do I upload documents ??

Do I need to perform "Link application to this account"??

Please help, the agency I am using to file for EE entry is giving me real hard time in responding to my questions and I am left with very limited time to submit my application.

I didn't fill out city of birth and country of birth. But instead I filled all passport info, and it worked for me.

I received an email today from immigration asking me to LINK my application. They said to follow the instructions. When I do so and put in all required information It says it can't find my application.

Does anyone know why or what this means?
