Hello All ,

Anybody can help me to find out LIMA. How can I get and what are the requirements are needed? When I have checked the points for EE ,I am eligible for that. Kindly guid me for the next step and how can upload my CV in an EE Pool. If anybody can please guide me to reach out my goal.

I think you are confusing two things. LMIA is a process through which employer needs to "sponsor" you. You need get an official job offer which then will be backed up by LMIA through your employer who will have to show that he could not find a worker for this position in Canada. Then once it will be approved you will be able to apply for the work permit You do not need LMIA for EE, you might needed for some PNP programs.
