As an asylum claimant you don’t qualify for any of the economic immigration or WP programs while in Canada because you don’t have status in Canada. You have a removal order that has been put on hold as an asylum claimant. The work you have done while waiting for your hearing also can’t be used as Canadian work experience to apply for PR or a WP if you leave Canada. Work will only count if you are approved as a protected person.
