I know this is an old thread but,
Do we need to update Service Ontario regarding OHIP coverage at all, after becoming a citizen ? (specifically - 'change of information form' to update immigration status to 'citizen') - or equivalent if in a different province.
On searching online, I did not find a concrete answer, but i found a link to a form for 'change of information', where one of the sections relates to immigration/citizenship status : https://forms.mgcs.gov.on.ca/en/dataset/014-0280-82
