Can anything be done if someone has lied on their application in which they were granted PR. Come to find out my ex used me and lied on his application.

You can report him to CIC or the nearest police station and they'd take care of the rest. There is also a helpline number on the cic website which can be used to report such activity.

You were already advised in January to report him for marriage of convenience although that doesn't mean anyhing will happen.

I reported him but obviously nothing has happened. He is lying now about having a barbers license and making a career out of it while he doesnt even have a license. Crazy crazy crazy.

So if your marriage is over, what does his working as a barber have to do with you? Move on and let CIC do what they feel is necessary. You've done your part by reporting him so now it's time for you to put him behind you.

Not sure if you actually need a license but if you do you can report him to the city.
