LICO for Super Visa

For the past 2 years, me and my partner did not have a good income as we were both in school. Luckily this year, we are both working full time with good paying job which means, we meet the LICO requirement. We could provide pay stubs and letter of employment to sponsor our parents for our wedding. Will this make any sense? Or is it gonna worth the try to invite them?

Do you have your NOA from CRA for your 2020 taxes? That is the best proof plus your paystubs. Do your parents have any dependants? Your total household includes all of you.

My NOA of year 2020 is only $30,000 and my partner is $34,000 since we were not able to work full hours. But we resumed to full hours 2 months ago which if combined will make ablut $105,000. We are planning to sponsor 5 people. My parents and hers as well plus little sister.

So that is 7 people as you include you and your spouse. You want your NOA to show LICO for 7 people. You need medical insurance for all. So How old is the sister?

Unfortunately, if we base from our NOA's from last year, we will not be eligible. The only hope we have is when they consider our current income for this year. The sisyer is 7 years old.

So you select one set of parents and see if your application is successful. The other parents can apply for a visitor visa.

Your sister is not eligible for a super visa so select the parents without your sister. Also your sister needs a visa & written authorization to travel. She needs to show that her visit is essential

Money earned in Canada is what counts which is why NOA is the preferred piece of evidence. Salary isn't the same thing as money earned. You can certainly try submit a long period of pay stubs and explain that your income for 2021 will be higher than 2020. Your sister will need to apply for a TRV.
