getting married after that planning to apply outland via london. i am from europe, soon to be hubby is canadian citizen(also has british citizen)
we have to wait 12 weeks to get the marriage certificate? we are located in toronto.
can we apply it before 12 weeks still?
can we use copy of marriage license(signed)?
do anyone know what happens with the new passport? i have a stamp in my passport now(the date when i came) and i need to get new passport after the wedding, cause im changing my last name.what happens with the stamp? confusing
applying outland, is it better to apply visa extension first? or send sponsorship/pr application first? i know chances are 50/50 anyways, but i have a thought that if they dont give extensions, i can always apply inland(owp with pr application)....
i will ask it here also, even i did in pr conversation already...
my bf (canadian citizen)is on training program, takes about 2 years still. after the program, his company can send him to work anywhere in the world in their shops. this can last anything between 2 or 10 years. this means we have to move out of canada in some point(and i dont like this idea at all, i love to live here and i love canada). if im applying pr now/soon and get it, will i loose the status if i live 2-10years somewhere else? and does it look bad if i loose and trying to apply it again when we come back? of course we have pretty good reason to live somewhere else.
Than you so much!!
