You need ECA and language test reports even before that.

I agree but I would like to know the opinion of seniors. They seem to be the major reason of rejections. One should concentrate the most on them

I checked with my ex-employers and they are not giving the exp letter with roles and responsibilities. They said that they have already given me relieving letter and that is the only document they can give.

Is there any alternative?
