Letter stating entry exits from UAE

A friend has been asked to furnish a letter from Dubai Naturalization Dept with all entry exit dates wef for last 4 years along with proof of residency in Canada.

Has anyone been in the same boat.?? The person has been in the country last two years, fulfilled 730 days and is currently processing his PR renewal. Its a clean case but they are asking for supporting docs.

What docs are required to be submitted to Dubai Immigration to obtain this as he will be requesting a friend in Dubai to do this.
Re proof of residency - what additional docs can be provided?

Any help with be greatly appreciated.

The company your friend used to work in should issue a request letter addressed to the immigration department for the exits and entries records. The letter will submitted by the company representative to the immigration and records will be issued on the spot. The cost will be 130 AED.
