I have been having all these questions for a long time and just by the grace of God finally I found this Forum!!!

I have a 2 references letter from my old employer which is dated Oct. 31 2002 and May 27, 2003
both in Company letter, full address, telephone, signature supevisor and combine comply with most of the requirements:
Letter 1 Oct. 31 2002
1- position held
2- annual salary
Letter 2 May 27, 2003
1- specific period employed
Requirement missing
1-Main duties and Responsabilites
2-Company Seal
I will try to get one whole letter witth all together, however I have been trying to reach my old boss for 2 month now and it has been really hard to get a hold of her so I dont know if I will be successful. Therefore,
Question:
1- Knowing the company, if they give me the 1 letter, I don't think they would want to put the main responsabilities and duties or company seal...they don´t do this.
Is this really crucial, am I in trouble is they don´t put it in the letter both of these things...would that be a problem with the officers?
2- If I don´t get the letter with current date, what do I do? Can I send the 2 old ones which are from an American Company Fortune 500, would it be a problem that they are 2 letters and not one and again with no main duties and responsabilities or seal of the company?. :-[
