I mean review about any of the two professor level (H.O.D) persons about your academic progress and character during academic years.

Will it make something positive in the mind of VO ?

Its gud to have but under spp one must only rely on checklist docs
More paper work more time

thank you for your reply,

i know it is not required , but i was denied by cic before 2 years with not relevant course that is why now i am submitting these kind of letters to make my case strong ,,

lets see it will work or not ,
