Hello we got ita for fsw. My husband is a phd student and it will take him few more years to complete his study. Do we need to explain his plan of study or phd completion date on the letter of expression? He picked lecturer noc code as he hold teaching postions for a year. If you can clarify what should we include in the cover letter

My case was the same with your husband's. I didn't explain anything. CIC didn't ask for any additional explanation and I received COPR early this year. Hope this helps.
