Ujbaby, you do not qualify for BOWP yet. Your work permit has to be expiring within the next 4 months for you to qualify. You can prepare or fill up your forms first, but you can only send it in on May 17th, otherwise you will be refused.

Letter looks good, but if your work permit expires by August 17th, 2013 then you are not eligible for BOWP yet. You have to wait until you are within the 4 months prior to the expiry date.

I did it by paper (was instructed to do so, as I saved my payment from a previously canceled application).

Do you have photoshop? You could sign your signature on a piece of paper, scan it in.
Open your saved form in photoshop, then paste the signature in. You can then save that in PDF format.

Photoshop is a 3rd party image editing software, doesn't come with the computer. If you don't have it, email it to me. I can try it out for you to see if it works!

I got it.. but the form is a "new form". It needs to be filled in and validated, then saved. I will then open up that form in Photoshop, and paste your signature in - then save that as PDF. Are you able to save it?
