Letter of explanation link in CIC webstie???

CIC website is giving me a hard time... My situation is complicated, and I spent 2 days typing a letter of explanation of PR...
I saw that damn link for uploading letter of explanation till now , but when i am ready to submit all documents, I couldn't see that link...
I need to upload this letter of explanation... Should I wait for the link to appear again or ???

try logging out and back again, change browser see if that comes up

This happened to me and what worked was changing the browser. I used IE after years and there i saw LOE link.

It seems a common problem faced by many folks. just change browser, clear cache or just use another computer and it will work

Clear cache OR use a different browser. It happened to many people including myself.

Once you fill all the forms then you will get your documents checklist. LOE will be there at the bottom.

One you fill all the details, you ll see a Document List where you ll upload the documents. Its there !!
