Hello, I recently got a refusal letter for my study permit. My question is about the LoE
Can I attach my transcript along with my LoE? I got rejection letter for Study permit for not providing LoE and it also states that my application did not have any mark sheet, or academic record. LoE seems the only way I can include my transcript but i want to make sure if i can do it that way. Also, one of the reason why I am planning to transfer from US institution to Canadian is that my new institution in Canada is much for affordable for me than US. Can I mention about that in my LoE?
