I have Letter of Advice to Apply to Manitoba.

I have 3 children 9, 6 and 4 years old.

In a case I'm an applicant do I need to upload passports for my wife and all my children or for my self only?

after receiving LAA, you have to complete the full application package in MPNP online. you need to upload passports of all your dependents. There are threads like MPNP EOI SW or MPNP application batch 2016. You can find many candidates who are at same stage like you. Also MPNP online tool is quite self explanatory. Good luck with your application.

you dont need to upload passport at this stage, all you need to do is fille there name and passport number on the mpnp form for each additional applicant folowing you, you will send passport at CIC stage

The candidate is at LAA stage, meaning he needs to fill up the full application kit of MPNP online. And after filling up the form he has to upload the scanned copies of every documents as stated in MPNP online. The information you have given is wrong. He needs to upload passport pages of principal applicants and all of his dependents. Please go through below link if you have confusion.
