Letter of Acceptance

Hi there,

I'm in contact with a school and I almost completed my application. The LOA just need to be approved to start my study permit application.
The problem is that my school can't fill the LOA as IRCC does not approve them at the moment for an unknown duration the school told me. But, on IRCC's website, nothing seems to say that, even if there are some requirements.
Can school provide Letter of Acceptance at the moment?
(It's a DLI)

Schools can be under investigation for not following the rules, improper paperwork. What flight school? Yes students can get LOA.

Yes they are but the school has to be on the list of DLI's that are approved during Covid. They might not have submitted an approved plan for their international students to be approved by the current guidelines.
