Hi guys. Wooh, I finally read all pages of this thread...Seems like this year we are more lucky with the timelines.
thank you all for sharing!!! ;)

I sent my application package just now , but getting worried about the details now after I read the forum...

Did anyone actually has been refused the OWP and PR because one day was missing from a 24 month requirement?
Do you know cases like that?
I am worried because I suspect now that I might missed one day.. because of changing the employer and all that hassle.
I am not sure if he/she was refused, but she was given a chance to provide if she had completed 3900 hours.

As long as you have met the 3900 hours required, no need to worry. Did you go home or went out of Canada at all?

Maybe she have submitted under option 1 for 24 months and yet at the time of her application she only have 23 months of worked that is why she is not qualified under option 1. This is not a refusal letter, this is called a procedural fairness letter, she only needs to submit supporting documents. As CIC suggested she is better to apply under option 2 and submit the supporting documents under option 2.

Thank you guys for answering.

I can't understand what exactly means: "you have worked 23 month as 25 days as a Live-In Caregiver"..
What do they mean by as 25 days???

In my case I used option 1.:
in first family I worked from 1 august 2012 to 30 may 2013 = 10 month
in second family I worked from 15 July 2013 to 15 September 2014 = 14 month

So total is 24 month, but I noticed only later on that one day is missing from first family, so in second family I worked two extra days in one of the months.
So I wonder if that counts as all together worked days. I guess I only have to sit tight and see what CiC will say.

I think you worked exactly for 24 months all together.
