May dependent ka ba? Kelan ang validity expiration ng visa sa approval letter mo? Pero kung single ka mabilis lang ata.

Hi Anie, which country does your family member reside? The reason why I asked is because, sometimes it depends on which country they come from. In my situation my Family member lives in the UK. I received my AIP last June 2014. Few months later my family member still hasn't receive any from CIC. So I phoned CIC in canada asking about my application. They advised me to contact CIC UK as my documents has already been forwarded to UK, which I did. CIC UK came back to me saying, they recieved my application, just waiting for the officer to assess my it. They advised me to just wait for further instruction. It took 8 months till I received my Husbands family medical request though. So I think better call CIC canada.

Thanks for your reply. I come from China. I called CIClast month, the one who answered the cell said that it's out of their control, he suggested that I contact the Embassy of my country which I did twice, still no answer. Anyway, I'll call CiC Office next week. Again, thanks, hope your family get their PR very soon!
