Hi Leon,
I am having some problem on how to fill out the Declaration of Common Law Form. I will file my tourists visa application here in the Philippines. My question is, under this form who will be the "Declarant" will it be me or my Canadian partner? Otherway my canadian partner will definitely sign just not sure on which will it be and scan email back to me, but is it ok that i will have this notarized here in the Philippines or have him notarize it in Canada?
