Good day everyone! I am applying for a CA TRV but having a bit of trouble completing the paperwork.
I will be submitting all documents online so do I need all my documents (Work Contract, Letter from employer) notarised for it to be considered as original document?
Second, my partner and I are confused on the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union form. If I understood correctly, if we are in a common-law relationship then we have to fill up the form. The problem is we have not signed a lease together, nor have a joint bank account or any of the things listed on the form. That brings me to my next question, what other proofs can we provide to prove we have been together for 3 years?
Any help would be highly appreciated! Btw my partner is a Canadian citizen. We are only visiting for a month as we live and work in Malaysia.
