I obtained my work termit after graduating from a university in canada. I am currently working but my work permit is exparing in June 15 of this year. I would like to apply to extend my work permit but when I am responding the legibility questionably that is not an option. Instead, I get options like worker , express entry. I don’t want to apply for that. What can I do? I know I should be able to expend my work permit at least once.

If you have been issued with a PGWP of the full amount of time for which you are eligible, you can't extend it.

Thank you for your fast reply!
Couldn’t I applied for an opened work permit since I currently have a job and I will like to continue working? What are my options ?

No - you don't qualify for an open work permit based on these conditions - unless there are details you haven't shared with us like you have a PR application being processed.

To extend, your employer must obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.

Thank you again for such a quick reply!
No, I have not apply for PR. Why Am I not elegible for a work permit? Who qualifies for a work permit then? What are the conditions? I have a current job and I will like to stay in Canada working. Please explain in detail and what can I do since my work permit expires on June 15.

An open work permit isn't an option in that case.

Your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit. You are very short on time to get this done. LMIA process can easily take four months to process.

Having a job does not qualify you for a work permit, you either need to get a LMIA as mentioned or you need to apply for PR through either express entry or any other stream that you qualify for.
